The Authors

Mary Reid B.Sc (Hons), PGCE, is head of Geography in Dominican College, Belfast. She graduated from QUB and taught Geography in St Louise's Comprehensive College before her appointment to Dominican College in 1993. She has wide experience working with a number of examining boards but is currently a Principal Examiner for AS Geography with CCEA.

Stephen Roulston, B.Ed, MA, D.Phil, taught Geography briefly at Foyle and Londonderry College, and then moved to Ballymena Academy, becoming Head of Department there. In 1998 he took up a position as the Geography Field Officer with NEELB. He now works with C2k as a Learning NI Development Consultant.
