The Author

Geraint Ellis is a lecturer in the School of Environmental Planning at Queen’s University and has published a range of academic papers and research reports on land use planning and sustainable development. He has extensive experience of environmental issues, having worked for community groups and urban regeneration agencies in London and spent three years working as a planning and environmental advisor to the Government of Lesotho in Southern Africa.
