Anne Scott was previously head of the Home Economics department of St Malachys High School, Antrim, and is now Principal of St Patricks College in Dungiven. Kathryn Wheeler (St Aloysius High School, Cushendall), Doris Torrens (Ballymoney High School), and Pamela Mark (Coleraine College) are each head of their respective Home Economics departments. All four are joint authors of Home Ecomonics for Northern Ireland, published in 1998 by Hodder and Stoughton, and the One Two Three HE! Series, published by Colourpoint 2001-2002. |
