Terms of Usage
We want you to enjoy using the photograph archives on the Colourpoint web site. In order to maintain the viability of the archive it is necessary to establish some terms of usage. Therefore, by viewing the archive photographs on the Colourpoint web site, you signify your agreement to the following conditions:
1. Unless otherwise stated, copyright on all photographs remains with Norman Johnston, of Colourpoint Books. Full contact details can be found here.
2. All photographs are purely for recreational use and the only permission granted is that they be viewed through a web browser from the Colourpoint web site.
3. The photographs may not be copied in any form, electronic or physical, modified or unmodified, to any other medium or location. This includes, but is not limited to, storage on any computer medium other than the Colourpoint web server and hard copy printouts.
4. The photographs may not be placed on any other web site, either by being stored directly on another server or indirectly through using the Colourpoint server as the source URL of an image on a page that is not hosted on the Colourpoint web server.
